Originating in Egypt, Dukkah is a blend of coarsely ground roasted hazelnuts, sesame seeds and fragrant coriander and cumin. The most popular way to serve itis to dip crusty bread into good olive oil, then into the Dukkah. It is delicious sprinkled on salads and works well with the richness of soft-boiled eggs. Dukkah is best stored in the fridge to retain its freshness.
